Hi everyone,I'm a newbie and I'm glad to meet you all
My friends call me Danny,and I'm from Vietnam
First day here and I've already had a problem that I was unable to solve,so I really need your help
The thing is that when I bought the New iPad the shop's owner installed some apps for me.
When I got home, I installed some other apps,and when those apps need to be updated,I clicked the Update button and there was a pop-up window requires password,this is normal,but the account was the shop's owner email not mine. As a result, I had to delete the app I wanted to update and re-install it. It's so inconvenient! Anyone knows how to solve this prob? Please help me and thank you in advance
