Hi need some help

Just bought merkury 360 rotating stand & really liked it until I tried to remove my iPad. I can't seem to get it out. Anyone had this problem? I didn't see any instrctios in the box. Thanks

Found a way to remove my iPad. I pressed on the back of one of the corners using both hands and with my thumbs pushed up & then did the opposite corner.
