Hi Just got a new used iPad having major problems

Worked fine when first got it for a day now its getting stuck on apple logo when I play around with turning it off on with home and reset buttons and plugging and unplugging it'll eventually come on .when it's on I have zero problems but the problem is getting it past the apple logo restored it to factory settings and everything to no avail :( inn diagnostics this is what I'm finding

Download iTunes onto your computer then connect your iPad. You then choose the option to restore as new (or some similarly worded option). You will lose anything that was already on your iPad when you purchased it though.

Slider just let it sleep mode overnight and it turns on only when I turn it off do I have problems getting it back on

By a hotspot I'm thinking that you mean something like a mifi. I use one of these, it takes a mobile signal from one of the mobile networks and converts it to a wifi signal, so if you have a wifi only iPad it gives you more connectivity options.
