Help!!!

My iPad 2 does not rotate anymore. I tried resetting and checked to see if screen was locked or something but it wasn't and it still does not rotate. Worried to bits. my iPad is just 5 months old. Pls help

Hi there--

have you gone into your settings?

Go to settings/general/Use Side switch to: Lock Rotation (make sure this is checked).

Give that a try....also I deleted your other post which was duplicate of this message. Please do not do this as it is against forum rules. We want to keep topics to one thread to make it easier for members to follow the discussion and assist as needed. This cannot be done when there are multiple threads present.

Thanks. I have checked it, the rotation is not locked but ipad is still fixed on portrait! The duplication of threads, so sorry am new ere still trying to get the hang of this. Noted anyways
