Hi guys
Just got my new I pad 3 a few weeks ago. Over the past week I get an error message cannot connect to i tunes store, don't know how or why this has happened. Internet connection and wi fi working fine, I'm really disappointed as this is my first apple product.
Any help appreciated.

Sound as if you aren't signed into iTunes.

Goto settings/store and see if a profile is displayed in the apple ID field. If not sign into iTunes. If the profile is displayed tap sign out, then sign back in.

Also, if payment info supplied on the iTunes account is not valid any longer you will encounter this error. Expired credit card, exhausted gift card....etc.
