i Was downloading itunes..then all of a sudden, my stored musics and videos were all gone..my ipod is empty!!! What happened? Can someone explain to me why?

Hello and welcome to the forum -

Your description is unclear to me, i.e. were you downloading iTunes to your computer, updating the OS on the iPod, trying to sync, or something else?

Please explain better and you might want to reset your iPod (holding down the ON-OFF & home buttons simultaneously) to see if your 'stuff' is still there; also, provide more information on you iPod model and OS version - good luck!
