HELP

I Have just reformatted my computer and have tried to sync my I pad.
It syncs the contacts and everything but wont sync movies???
The information it tells me is

the ipad "Mandy" could not be synced because the computer is no longer authorised for purchased items that are on this computer

I have authorised de authorised re authorised computer to no avail
Any one any other ideas I can try
