1. Due to the recent site upgrade, the iPadForums (iPF) App will no longer work. The new iPadForums.net website has been designed from the ground up to work perfectly from any mobile, tablet, or desktop computer using the built in internet browser. What exactly did you purchase and from where?
    iTunes or the App Store?

Open iBooks. In the menu, click on Collections. A window should open permitting you to select Books or PDFs. The type of files will be displayed in the bookcase.

Advice please. I wanted to use iBooks but when I downloaded (and paid for!) a copy I discovered it was in a foreign language. How can I look at details of each book before I buy.

In addition to careful inspection while browsing, every iBooks selection has a short information page. To reveal it, tap the book you're interested in.

Here's a screen cap from my iBooks. Note in the information column that it states this book is in English.

    Hope that helps.
