Hi forum,

Bought my wife an iPad for her birthday this year. I think I have been replaced. My wife loves to play yahoo pinochle on her PC but can not play on her iPad. I read thru the forum yesterday and found a thread discussing an app called iSwifter. I had her down load this app but it will not load. The icon shows up on her iPad but it provides a status of "loading..." We can't delete the icon. First does anyone have any idea how to remove this app? Second, does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the iPad to communicate with yahoo games.

Thanks

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

As you've found, Flash sites simply don't work well on the iPad and even so-called Flash browsers can be very unsatisfactory. One way is to view the Flash on your PC using a remote desktop app, such as Splashtop, on your iPad. There's a free, limited viewing time, version available so that you can try it without expense.

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
