Help on IPad

My six year old changed settings and iPad pictures, icons are X-ray looking?

And I seemed to forget my restriction passcode
How can I retrieve the passcode?

Please help me

Triple tap the screen to restore icons to normal.

Can't help with password (or the six-year-old. Suggest duct tape.)

If you can't remember the restrictions password,the only way to get past it is to restore the iPad to factory settings.As this will erase all content on the iPad,make sure to back up the iPad before starting the restore.
