Hi and welcome to the Forum!

Were those icons there before or is this a new iPad you have? Would it happen to be a demonstration model?

Yes they were there before, but aloof a sudden it gone. My kids normally play with my iPad but those icon could not be deleted. They were preinstall on the iPad .

I do not know how to get them back.

I think what may have happened is that some Restrictions have been set on your iPad. Go to Settings - General - Restrictions and have a look.

A password would have been set up to accomplish this and if this is the case, you will need the password to disable them again.

This is how your screen should look with no restrictions.

Well that's great to hear.....so glad they remembered that password too. Many don't and then it's a whole lot of work you don't need to have it back to normal.

Thanks for letting us know....enjoy!
