Help! Can I play Bakery Story in another iPad?

I have been playing Bakery Story in my iPad 1 for 1 year and now I am going to sell it and use an iPad 2. Is there any way I could continue the game without starting from the beginning? I tried to log in Game center with the same apple account but the game is still from the beginning If somebody has gone through the same thing please tell me what to do. Thank you very much!
