There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend. Hello, I'm a very new member, but I just wanted to say how helpful the forum is. Through using, and beginning to understand the symbols, for example, I've increased my neighbours, am not losing loads of energy, because I've learned to manage it, and channel my other gifts.
