Well after a trip to Best Buy today, in happened to came home with a Targus 360 cases/cover. I like it very much so far and the quality is VERY nice. I will miss the magnet to make the iPad sleep but is ok, for now it will offer much better protection to my iPad at least till I find another that I like more... Lol

I purchased one too from amazon.com and so far am very pleased with it. I like being able to go from landscape to portrait without having to remove it from the case. It looks to also offer good protection. Still working on getting a comfortable typing position but so far am pleased with this case.

That looks like a really clever case. Now if they could only fit a little keyboard in there :)

I have something just like this case and I have wanted a keyboard. I looked carefully at both the zaggmate and kensington. Small is somewhat a difficulty, because it is still fairly hard to use. They place some keys in other locations. I just wanted a keyboard I didn't have to relearn about. So I got the Apple wireless keyboard. I can also use it with my Mac Mini as well. I uses AA batteries with long life. I don't want another charger unit. Just my take. I really appreciate the corner protection. The stand sets up so EZ without having to remove it.

I use iAWriter also which is really great on the ipad for just straight typing up stuff.

I am not sure I even want any thin film over the touch screen. The Gorilla glass is really tough.

I ended up ordering Joy Factory's Folio360 II for the iPad 2. Similar to the Targus but the Folio360 II does utilize the magnetic on/off feature. It also easily separates from the folio while retaining a protective back cover! Unfortunately... The Folio360 II is not available until the end of April. Oh well, my iPad 2 won't be delivered until April 21st.
