Hi and welcome to the Forum!
No there isn't a camera for the iPad 1 and this has been discussed by many who would like to see one developed for this. The connection on the iPad does not supply the power that would be needed and then a Developer would have to create an app to use it and so on. There has been a camera developed for still photos, but is a child's Disney character if you're interested.
The IPad Forum is a community of members from all walks of life and from all over the world coming together to share our experiences and to help each other learn about this wonderful piece of technology the Ipad. There is a wealth of information already here in the many threads we have so doing some searches will answer most of the questions you have. If then you cannot find the answer you are seeking then by all means post your question. There are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you.

I don't think you can stop someone ringing you and what is it you want to delete? I'm not sure if they do appear as a contact, I've never had a random call but in landscape mode, just press the contacts and when they appear just long press and they will jiggle and a X will appear to delete. To delete history you can swipe to bring up the Delete tag or press edit and delete this way. If this is not what you mean just let us know.
