Hello. I need help emailing photos. Suddenly doesn't work.

Hi, since I began travelling abroad, my hotmail account was irretrievably locked. Had to create a new one and, since then, haven't been able to email photos from my ipad photo library. Have changed my Apple ID and switched ipad off and on again. What else do I need to do? Can't find any help on this one.
