It says I'm a newbie but I'm not.I've hardly done anything else since I got my iPad 3months ago!

To rename folders...

Tap on your folder then hold down any one of the apps until they start to wiggle. You will also see the name of the folder above the apps. Tap on the bar with the name and you can edit it to whatever you want!
