Hearthstone fans, a new adventure is on its way to iPad, with the announcement of Blackrock Mountain, an all-new adventure coming this April to Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.
The all-new adventure will challenge duelists to leave the cosy comforts of the tavern and head for Blackrock Mountain, with a whole host of new hot-headed bosses to test your duelling skills.
The storyline sees players thrust into the middle of a war between forces battling for control of the mountain, where duelists will get to battle fierce minions, including Dark Iron dwarves, fire elementals, and dragons, before finally getting to meet some iconic enemies from the Warcraft universe, including Ragnaros, the Firelord.
If you manage to defeat such formidable opponents, you’ll be suitably rewarded with 31 new cards inspired by the legendary mountain and its inhabitants, giving you tons of new options for the Hearthstone metagame.
When Blackrock Mountain goes live in April, it will open one wing per week for a month. And as with the first Adventure to be released, Curse of Naxxramas, Blackrock Mountain will be accessible for either 700 in-game gold per wing, or $6.99 per wing. The complete Adventure can also be purchased for $24.99.
