Dh got me apple tv for anniversary gift,a nd i love it. I prefer it to the hdmi cable as I have tons of movies in my iTunes account and I can stream them to apple tv with out needing them to take up space on my iPad. Also, we have the tv hooked up to nice speakers and I can stream all my iTunes music content as well. For our needs, it's apple tv hands down!
