Having trouble uploading pic into apps

Not sure what I am doing but it won't let me upload pics in iPad to my apps

With respect to your question, can you please be more specific about exactly what you're trying to do, how you're trying to do it and what "apps" you're talking about? That will help others diagnose your problems and get a quick resolution. In the meantime, this tutorial from Apple may help...
