handbreaked movie but has residual horizontal lines

Can anyone suggest better settings in handbreak to fix residual horizontal lines that is slow to correct movement on screen.

I've handbreaked half a dozen movies and they are fine. But one does not refresh fast so you only slightly see remnants of what is on screen take a split second to disappear. You can still watch the movie but it looks like shadows are left for a split second and then quickly disappear. It does catch your attention.

Any advice is much appreciated.
