I checked It up now when I saw your thread.

U can use "iFile" from cydia to browse to the location of the file.

or

U can use SSH, remotly browse your iPads content from a Mac Or PC

Both ways are great ways to explore the content, but can also lead to fatal misstakes If u mess upp wrong stuff.

I love SSH, becuase u can almost do everything, can ex drag and drop file like movies, music etc direct to the apps destination without any iTunes etc.

Yep, it sure does! You can't get system level access to the iPad without a jail break. Sorry.
