I got iPad 2 a year ago with Apple case and the iPad slipped out of the case when walking, broke,replaced it for a small amount deducted. In April my husband claimed my iPad 2 and I got an iPad 3 which was nothing but trouble. I have had it replaced by Apple twice. Neither operated correctly, so when the iPad 4 was introduced we asked for a recall on our iPad 3. They immediately agreed and I get my new iPad 4 the end of the month. All my iPads have been fully supported. We have spent hours on the support line. Got an iPad for my sons family for Christmas.
