Godocs?

Does anyone have any experience using the godocs app? Is it just an extension of my google docs account for my ipad?

Honestly, I would look at Documents To Go Premium. It will allow full access into Google Docs, Dropbox, Box.Net. That way you are not locked into a single service. Especially if you are going to spend money on something.
