gmail sounds

Hi. Just wondering if anyone could tell me how to set a ringtone for when i recieve emails through the gmail app? I have tried everything and can't seem to find a way of doing it. At the moment it is silent each time I recieve an email. Thanks x

Hi, welcome to iPF!
You should be able to set a ringtone in Settings - Notifications. Scrolling trough the list, you should find the Gmail-app. Tap on it to show the options!
