    Hello everybody

Just joined this forum. Got here because I was wondering how to organise my photos into albums in the Photos app. I called the Apple tech support and the answer is simply to create sub folders in the main My Pictures folder where I store the pics that I want to sync.

However, I want to carry on reading what other methods there are.

Hi there and welcome to the Forum. For now folders cannot be created on the iPad itself, these will have to be made on your PC and then synced to your iPad. There are apps available for this and also IOS 5 may bring the ability to create folders on the iPad. I'm sure there is a recent thread on this topic. Doing searches will solve a lot of your questions, then if you can't find what you are looking for, then by all means post your question, there are many friendly and informed members here only too willing to help you. Enjoy!!

Good to hear from you. You’ll find a whole bunch of iPad enthusiasts in this Forum who are only too willing to help other iPad owners and to hear of their experiences. Don’t be afraid to post any questions you may have or use the ‘Search’ button near the top of the Forum web page. I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!

Hope to hear from you soon with your thoughts about the iPad.

Have fun and enjoy your iPad

If you don’t already have it you can download a copy of the iPad manual for free.
