Gift apps youve paid for already (delete off your own account)

I am guessing this is not possible but is there any way you can change the ownership of apps you have paid for to someone else and have them removed from your ipad. I paid for loads of apps that i never use and i thought it would be nice to just let my nephew have them. I dont want to give him my account details for updates, it would just be nice if there was some way to sync your ipad somehow, remove apps you paid for and have them transferred to another account

You can certainly remove them from your iPad...but you can't transfer ownership of them, as far I as know.
