Get Out of "Flashlight Mode"

I almost dropped my ipad and when i caught it the screen was in a flashlight mode and said to shake to go back to main screen. I can not figure out how I got to the screen any idea what it is?

Maybe you have a flashlight app loaded and you accidentally launched it when you caught your iPad.
