Apple’s App of the Week initiative is really awesome as it allows for iOS users to download completely for free apps that normally would cost at least one dollar. Now, Apple has named Ubisoft’s popular iOS game Assassin’s Creed Pirates as App of the Week for this week.

So, through next Thursday, you can get the popular game download to your iPhone and iPad completely for free. In a normal situation, you'd have to pay a nice $5 to get it. Assassin’s Creed Pirates is a ship-based game where players take on the role of Alonzo Batilla, a young captain who has to fight against some of the fiercest pirates in the Caribbean Sea.

It's also nice to know that there's a separate version for iPad players to make use of its big screen. And while this game isn't a typical Assassin’s Creed action-adventure title, it has managed to impress iOS players from all over the world who gave it a very good rating.

So, there's really no reason why you shouldn't go ahead and follow the link from below to download it on your iPads or other iOS device you might have.
