FTP Client? HTM/PHP Editor?

I need recommendations for a free FTP client. Basically I need to FTP files from my server to my iPad 2, then edit and upload back to my server.

Then, I need a program to edit HTML and PHP files (I apologize if i asked this recently).

I've done the Google searches but prefer personal references. I'd gladly pay for either or both of the above IF I can get a free trial. I hate throwing $$$$ away!

Greetings. I am looking into this also. I'll keep searching. If I find anything interesting, I'll be sure to let you know. My iPad is not jail broken, but that is not totally out of the question.

Googreader is free and will do just that or FileBrowser whick is a paid app.

I use Gusto (paid app). Works great. Uploads and work on HTML pages.
