Hallo

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post my question as this is the first time I have visited a forum and am unfamiliar with the process.

I have recently bought an iPad and downloaded a film, which I was able to watch. When I tried to watch it again I couldn't find it as it my downloads folder was empty. I have tried to download another film but when I press the iTunes app. It opens onto a page which none of the links respond to any touch, even the menu at the bottom of the page is frozen.
Any ideas please?*

Hi Louis and welcome to the Forum!

Was your first movie downloaded through iTunes? And did you buy it or was it a rental? Also look in your Video app for it.
When an app behaves strangely it is best to close it completely and then relaunch it. From the home screen do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button to reveal your multi task bar. These are all the apps that you have opened at one time. Long press the app until it jiggles and a red minus sign will appear above it. Press the minus sign, this will close the app, not delete it, now press the home button to return to your screen. It's also a good idea to close all these apps, as it helps the iPad run smoothly. Let us know how you go.
