Form Filling

Is there a way to stop the iPad from filling in forms as mine keeps putting in info that I don't want?

Settings > Safari > Autofill: turn it off.

Or if you want to keep it but change the info, edit the contact it uses. Better yet, create a contact with just the info you want and point to that.
