Flower icon @ ipad wake up screen

Hi All , When i wake up ipad , there is a icon = flower. may i know how to configure this icon to display one of my image file which display calendar of company meeting / holiday schedule ?

Hope some one can advise me, how to configure the icon ,so that it will display frequent view company calendar.
