Flash Player needed to view educational tutorials

Hello, I need to learn Microsoft Office on my iPad through free courses and I can't access the videos/tutorials because I don't have/can't access Flash. Does anyone know some way around this?

As you know, the iPad doesn't do Flash. Maybe you could try a Flash-capable browser such as Puffin or iSwifter. They appear to run Flash because the remotely hook you into a server that runs Flash and streams it to you.
