Short answer is you don't I'm afraid.
There are some great alternative browsers in the App store, but FF (or Chrome) isn't one of them.

Use the search if you are interested in hunting for alternatives. There have been plenty of threads. I would recommend iCab Mobile as my favourite. It is quite "FF like" (tabed browsing, good bookmarking, extensions, etc.)

No, you can't install it.
However, there are Firefox "like" alternatives.
