Fascination with Apple iPad

Am a 65 year old grandmother who is very interested in all the iPad can do.
Currently want to learn about the "200" or so new features that iOS 5 has had on my iPad.
Any suggestions to find out the other 190 of them after becoming familiar with the "top 10"?
