Hi, I m use iPad FaceTime how Dial new contact or numbers there is no Dial pad. I know the that at other end person phone register with apple.

There is no dial pad on the iPad as there is on the iPhone. You get a text entry box and when you tap on it, the regular keyboard pops up so you can input numbers. See the entry box in the upper left of this picture:

From my testing, you type in the number (or e-mail address) and enter. The iPad will then Facetime call the person ... as long as they have Facetime, also.

I write the push enter button then two option show messag and dail when I push FT button then it's ok
