Err -5000 when downloading from itunes. Do you know what this means?

Just downloaded the film "Star Trek" successfully, but with it was a second download with extras. This almost downloaded but stopped at the end with err-5000. When refreshing the download, this happens again, it processes 50% then stops. Says to check my network connection, but the connection is fine.

Any ideas?

Have you tried unplugging from your computer and iPad then reconnecting? Do you have the current version of iTunes?

There is no mention of err-5000 when using Windows, but in case you are there are the likely codes for that OS.
