Emoji*nationHD woes

Can any one help.it won't operate after loading?

Hello 55julie55! I have this app also - don't you have to select the emoji keyboard in settings? Have you done that?

Settings>General>International keyboards>Emoji (and English)

Sorry I took so long to reply.
Yes I have selected the emoji keyboard.
But did this for a previous free emoji.I deleted it and loaded the new one.
Now only the old emoji is enabled
Have tried deleting and reloading many times
