Email showing header only, no body

I upgraded all our reps' iPad 2s to iOS 5 about a week ago, and one of the reps just told me that ever since then, his email only downloads the headers - no message. I didn't change any email settings, but I know the iOS upgrade has caused other glitches so this one doesn't really surprise me. I just don't know how to fix it. He has already done a hard reset and that didn't help. Other suggestions? I'm guessing there's a setting somewhere that needs to be changed and I'm just not seeing it.

In case this hasn't been done, have them check Settings, Mail, Preview. If Preview is on None, it will result in this problem. Set Preview on the number of lines desired.
