Can someone please help me? How do u create a folder to shift emails from inbox.

You can't create this directly on your iPad. You need to

(a) switch from using the legacy POP email protocol to the more modern IMAP protocol
(b) create the folders on your email server using webmail. IMAP form a virtual window from your iPad to the mail server and you'll see the folders that you created on the email server appear automatically then on your iPad.

Actually, if you are using iOS 5, it is now possible to create new folders on the iPad if you have an IMAP or Exchange account.

Tap the button at the top left of the mail list (it usually says Mailboxes). Keep tapping it until you get the list of inboxes and accounts. Select the account you want to create the new folder in. Tap Edit at the top right of the mail list, then tap New Mailbox at the bottom right of the mail list.

Again, this only works if your account is set up as either IMAP or Exchange, and you must be running iOS 5.0 or later.



@ Tim. You really are going to have to chance iTunes at least once and upgrade. It is worth it.
