Email help

Hello,

Sometimes when I open my email on my iPad, it displays the message with HTML code. How do I correct this. I am using iPad with iOS 4. It does not happen on every email, but it happens at least twice a day.

If anyone can provide any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Do you mean that rather than interpreting the HTML code, it's displaying the various HTML commands as text?

Yes, it will display the HTML code and the email message. Then it will display the email message again a few lines down without the HTML code.

You might want to provide more information as to how your Mail program is setup? Are you using another service (such as GMail or Yahoo), setting up your own POP/SMTP account, or a combination? Also, if you are using other services, how are your emails formatted, i.e. text or HTML?

Hello,

Yes, I am using several email accounts...one is from comcast, and two are from gmail. The issues were from both accounts.
