Drive crashed, can I restore my photos from my iPad?

    Hello all, my PowerBook drive crashed. I have a fresh sync on my ipad and iphone. Can I restore my photos nad whatever is synced from my iPad? These are taking like 30GB of space, there must be a way! Please help, thanks.
