Draft stuck open on emails

Hi, hope someone can help a bit of a dim wit! I saved a draft in emails, then tried opening it and continuing the mail. Now I can't send or cancel it and can't get into any other areas of my mails. HELP!!

Hi, hope someone can help a bit of a dim wit! I saved a draft in emails, then tried opening it and continuing the mail. Now I can't send or cancel it and can't get into any other areas of my mails. HELP!!

Hit the home button and return to the desktop.

Double tap the home button

Email icon (and other recently used icons) appear on background task bar.

Long press the email icon until it wobbles a d displays a red minus sign then release.

Tap the red minus sign to close email completely.

Press home button to return to home screen.

Open email and you should be fine.
