can some one help. I find that I can't get some apps to start downloading. Is there a setting?

Hello John..... - you need to be more specific - assume that you are using an iPad 4 (the forum of your thread) - what iOS is installed? Are you downloading from the App Store app on the device and is this a new problem? What apps are causing the issue (i.e., just a few, more, or all)? Have you 'Force Closed' the App Store app or performed a Restart/Reset of your iPad? Give the latter a try and let us know your results - directions HERE, if needed. Good luck - Dave
