download pictures to mac book pro

    i have 5200 pictures that i want to remove from my ipad to free up space into my mac book pro. How is this done?

    Unless you've disabled it, connecting your iPad to iTunes on your MacBook Pro should open the photos app where you'll be given the option to import any or all of the photos from your iPad.

    Or, if you don't want the photos in the Photos app, use the Image Capture app. You'll find it in the Applications folder.
