download music and songs from iTunes

I am having the same problem. When trying to search for a song like - straight from the heart - in iTunes I do not get it. I get Chapel 1982-1983... iTunes when tapped Categories, I do not get Songs or movies or tv shows. Should I have them under Categories? I do have them under Categories when I tap Postcasts. I know that I must be doing something wrong but don´t know what. Please help?? Thanks.

I think it's region specific depending on which country the credit card associated to your itunes account resides. You can use a iTunes gift card in USD in order to have full access to iTunes.
