Does anyone have this?

Since my iPad 2 jb, I have noticed a small 1mm dia white ring / circle with a white 1mm tail, placed just above the dock icons. Only on the 1st icon page, and nowhere else.
Is there any explanation, anyone else have this ?

That sounds to me like the Spotlight Search icon. That is original equipment, not part of the JB. If you slide the main screen right or press the home button, it will take you to the search screen.
