Hi All - Just bought an iPad AIR and set it up with DocsAnywhere to transfer files from a Windows 7 PC. I have got as far as connecting my USB lead and Syncing them both, but I can't understand the instructions I have for transferring files from the PC - can anyone help? - WestJock

The app hasn't been updated for almost a year, certainly not since the iOS 7 update, so there is no guarantee it will work properly on you iPad Air. However, if it does work, here is the Apple support page on using File Sharing in iTunes.

iOS: About File Sharing

The version of iTunes shown in the examples is an older one, so you may have to search around a bit to find the right combo to get to File Sharing. If you can't figure it out say something and I'll see about putting together a few screen shots.

Edit: Just read the full description of the app. I have to say that calling a wireless connection 'potentially malicious' is a great way to cover for missing features available in almost every competing app.
