Do Apple test with actual users?

    for all the wondrous features of ios8 why on earth did the developers move the favourites button to the left side of the iPad, and then change its behaviour so that you have to choose it again once a page is chosen to make it go away? Completely and utterly daft....

    Did not test with me! I would have copied, not try to improve on Galaxy's keyboard?

    Unless you're going through a lot of pages, browsing the content. Especially if you are perusing your Read Later list or using the @ list to scan through your Twitter links.

    Safari on the Mac already works something like this, and has for over a year. So you could say it's been tested.
